• U-Channel Post break away hardware
• Comes in SET(s) of 2
• Retainer Spacer Strap-1.0″ diameter x .625″ thick with .438″ hole. The Spacers are zinc plated for corrosion resistance
• Spacers- Hex head, integral flange conforming to ASTM A354, Grade BD. Size is 5/16″ – 18 UNC x 2.0″.
• Bolts -Hex head, fully threaded Grade 9, 5/16″ – 18UNC x 2.25″
• Washers- 5/16″ Grade 9

Installation Instructions

1. Dig a small, shallow hole approximately 6 inches in diameter and 2 inches deep; drive the ground post into the center of the hole leaving the top 4 inches above grade level exposed.

2. Place one bolt in the 1st and 5th holes in the ground post. Slide a spacer onto each bolt, leaving both bolts ends exposed. The integral elastomer insert will keep spacers in place.

3. The top post is then nested over the end of the ground post and seated on the bolts. Nuts and lockwashers are then installed and tightened.
